Volunteers Needed: By Jim Durocher
We are looking for concerned SCAS members to work on conservation and environmental issues effecting us from the city, county, state, or national level. Pick your own battles or select one from the Audubon Action network and follow it through with the time that you have. It can be as simple as clicking on an email alert or making a phone call to a decission maker. Some projects may take years but the rewards can be tremendous for both you and the earth. If you want to work together I can be reached at 321-243-0279 or jurocher@yahoo.com . I urge all members to go to the website http://www.Audubonaction.org and sign up for the weekly updates so you can keep informed of issues affecting you and your families.
