SBC Christmas Count Results

The team documentation has been received and tallied. We ended up with 153 "countable" species, three non-countable [Peafowl (1), Parrot Species (3), and Graylag Goose (2)] and a Broad-winged Hawk on count week for the total of 157 species observed. The highlights on count day ( 3 Jan.) were: Ruddy Ducks (50) only the 3rd time for this count, dark morph Short-tailed Hawk (2), White-winged Dove (94) numbers are increasing each year, Yellow Warbler (1), and Black-throated Green Warbler (2).
