November General Meeting Will Be at 6:30 p.m.

By Ken Collins

Kari Ruder, successful owner and operator of Naturewise, a local progressive environmental landscaping enterprise, will be our esteemed speaker on November 21, at 6:30 p.m. at the Rockledge Presbyterian Church. Having obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees in the environmental science/studies arena, she is considered an expert in the field of purposeful native landscaping. Being formerly employed at local, state, and federal levels of natural resources operations, she began her business in Spring of 2004. In addition to discussing the benefits of acquiring and maintaining native plant species, Kari will share ideas with us on how the former can add to both the attraction of, and enjoyment in seeing the various species of wild birds and butterflies that flock to such endeavors. Please make sure to mark this event on your calendar, and remind yourself that we will be starting at
6:30 p.m., instead of 7:30! So remember to bring your questions and notepads to join us on this evening of wonderful enlightenment! Visit Naturewise on the internet at http://www.naturewiseplants.com.
