KBB will be hosting a coastal cleanup on Sept 20, from 8:00 a.m.- noon at more then 15 sites in Brevard County. Visit the KBB web site at: http://www.keepbrevardbeautiful.com for details. Ocean Conservancy collects data throughout the world on litter found in the oceans and shorelines. Then they hope to guide changes in society. Data cards can be filled out for the whole month of Septmber if you are doing a cleanup. Contact Barb Venuto at 631-0501 X 203 for details.

Xeriscape grants are available. Receive a 50-50 grant for a landscape project on a public land site. Visit the KBB website for applications and information. There will be a related workshop on Oct 6, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Agriculture Ctr., 3695 Lake Dr., Cocoa.
