Apr. 14 - Samsons Island Open House: Explore the island's trails in hopes of seeing some of the abundant wildlife. Visitors are welcome to bring their fishing pole, binoculars for bird watching, and camera for nature photography. Time: 10am-2pm Location: Meet at the Fire Dept. to be transported to the island. Apr. 21 - Trash Bash 2007: Join us at the Annual Trash Bash - sponsored by Keep Brevard Beautiful. Cindy Rogell, Satellite Beach's Trash Bash Coordinator is encouraging participation by providing donuts in the morning and a hot dogs lunch. Bring the whole family and help clean up our city's beaches, parks and schools. Time: Check in between 8:00am-12noon to pick up trash bags. Location: Pelican Beach Park, 1525 Hwy A1A, Satellite Beach.
