Free Native Plant Murals for Teachers

By Sarah Linney

The Center for Aquatic and Invasive Plants at the University of Florida has put together a set of four photo-murals on Native Freshwater Plants and Invasive Non-native Plants along with Teaching Points. The posters are laminated and have great pictures. They and the Teaching Points are available free to U.S. K-12 teachers, public agency trainers, and public libraries who request them in writing on their own letterhead. There are limited free sets, but others are available for purchase at a reasonable price.
