February Meeting: New Year’s Resolution? Turf Free in 2003!Cammie Donaldson, an active member of Brevard’s environmental community and free-lance provider of communication and public education services, will be speaking at our February general meeting. Cammie is the editor and author of a variety of native plant publications including The Palmetto, a quarterly magazine of the Florida Native Plant Society; the annual Native Plant & Service Directory; and the Guide for Real Florida Gardeners, published by the Association of Florida Native Nurseries. Samples of these publications will be available at the program. Please join us on February 21 to find out why you are morally obligated to get rid of grass and plant natives. It’s for the birds! |
