Beginning Birding at Viera Welands Field Trip

Join Jeff and Deborah for a drive around the Viera Wetlands. We will focus on the more common waterfowl which is easy for new birders to identify. After a short introduction, we car pool and drive the wetlands stopping to point out birds of interest. Bring binoculars if you have them. The wetlands management can, at short notice, limit the access road to foot traffic only. So there is a small chance we would have to walk along the dirt road. Be sure to wear close toed shoes and bring sun screen and snacks. There are portable toilets on location. Call Jeff at 321 610-4443 if you have questions.
