February 13 North Brevard Trip. Meet at the McDonalds on HWY. 46 just East of I-95 in Mims at 7 AM. Doug Stuckey
will be leading this trip
Feb 20 Orlando Wetlands Meet at Cracker Barrel at Hwy 50 just west of I-95 in Titusville. Vicky Hamilton
will be the field trip leader.
Feb 21 Beginning Birdwatching Class Viera Wetlands
Meet at Burger King on Wickham Road just west of I-95
by 9AM. Binoculars will be available. All levels of birders are welcomed.
All field trips are open to the public and are free unless there is an admittance fee to the park. They are generally geared towards the beginner or intermediate level birder, but all levels are welcomed. Binoculars are essential; insect repellant and field guides may be helpful. Always dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. Bring along a snack and fluids as needed. When ever possible we try to carpool to the birding site, so please come prepared to drive or to easily transfer to another vehicle. For more info, call 321-449-9678.
